- Monkey Bizness 101 – Learn about the history and background of Monkey Bizness. We also talk about our products and services, job roles, and why our culture is important to us.
- Monkey Bizness Customer Service – In this course, we take a deep dive into the Laws of the Jungle and look at some videos and articles that provide us with some tips to provide great customer service.
- Monkey Bizness Party Host Best Practices – The perfect way to broom, how to vacuum, best way to host a party….those are just some of the best practices you will learn during this training.

- Party Center Software and Return Visit – In this course, you will learn how to use Party Center Software, our point-of-sale system. You will also learn how to use Return Visit, the Monkey Bizness loyalty and waiver system.
- Customer Engagement – In this course, employees will learn how to engage customers who call in. Employees will learn how to answer the phone as well engage customers and follow a script to “sell” a birthday party.
